No but encouraged and appreciated! RSVPs help us better estimate turnout and ensure we have enough cupsleeves for everyone♯ How do I get a cupsleeve?
One cupsleeve will be given free for any drink purchase, limit one per customer. Quantities will be limited.Cupsleeves can also be bought as part of the merch bundle.♯ Can I come in cosplay?
Yes, cosplay is allowed!♯ Are contributing artists required to be local?
Artist contributors are open to those outside of Boston. It is also not a requirement for artists to attend the event itself.♮ SHOP♯ Is there on-site pickup?
Yes, for orders placed by customers planning on attending the cupsleeve event on February 15th, 2026, if you used the code "PICKUP", you can pick up your order.♯ I missed preorders. Can I buy a bundle at the event?
Yes, a limited number of full bundles will be available. We will only be accepting payment via cash or venmo.♯ Is international orders accepted?ORV Boston are based in the United States, and are currently able to ship internationally. If there are conflicts for shipping due to international complications, we will contact any affected buyer to either hold the order or refund, depending on what the buyer decides.We are not responsible for any customs holding or additional fees that the buyer may face once the package is shipped out.♯ I put in my address incorrectly. How do I fix it?Please ensure your address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for any errors in shipping that occur due to mistyped or incorrectly input addresses.If you need to change your address, please contact us with your order number prior to shipment and we will update accordingly.If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for paying for any additional shipping fees along with updating us with a correct address.♯ What if my order is damaged or lost?
We will do our best to ensure everything packaged and shipped safely, but if your copy is damaged when it arrives, please contact us with pictures of the damaged product. We will do our best to provide you with a replacement or refund, depending on our current stock.If your package is lost, we will refund you the cost of your order. However, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier or local post office before refunds can be given. We do not handle orders once they have been handed off to the post office. Please note that international orders can sometimes take several months to arrive, and so we ask for patience before submitting a lost mail refund request.
